Arizona is a no-fault community property divorce state.

Divorce 

Divorce is never an easy process for those involved. We try to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. All of our fees are flat fees based on the type of process service required. All prices are for the document preparation, filing with the court, and following the divorce through to finalization. 

Arizona State provides a simplified divorce process if all parties agree and are willing to sign the documents.  This process is called a Summary Consent Decree Divorce and is the least expensive divorce we offer. The divorce can be completed in as few as 61 days.

We Charge $1100 For A Summary Consent Decree Divorce Without Children. 

The courts are very concerned with the welfare of children in the divorce process and a significant number of additional documents are required to file for a divorce involving children.  

We Charge $1300 For A Summary Consent Decree Divorce With Children.

If the parties in a divorce are unwilling or unable to sign a consent decree the standard petition for divorce is the avenue that needs to be used.

We Charge $1350 For Preparing and Filing A Divorce Without Children. *

We Charge $1500 For Preparing and Filing A Divorce With Children. *

 

*This price includes one contract for process service. If additional service is required there will be additional charges.

 

Child Support Modification

Child support frequently needs modification due to changing circumstances. We diligently prepare child support modification documents based on the current Superior Court child support calculator. 

We Charge $430 For Preparing And Filing A Modification Order*

*If process service is required an addition fee will be required.

 

Pre-nuptial Agreements

Pre-nuptial Agreements are documents that specify the conditions of property division in the event of a divorce. These plans can be simple or complex depending on the number of assets each person has in their estate. These plans are prepared in accordance with Arizona State Law. 

The Cost Of A Pre-Nuptial Agreement Varies From $200 To $500 Depending On The Complexity Of The Agreement.
